Dishevelled Harvies...Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge
I took this picture after heading back from Berry Lime. Looking at this picture anew, I like how the young man in the back, on the left, rolled up his trousers. I'm not a rolled up trousers kinda gal, but on occasion, I do like the look on men.

i LOVE this picture- its probably my favorite one you've ever posted!
agreed...LOVE this shot and every one of the guys in it!!
It really is a great, very candid, unguarded shot. Such a collegiate cool vibe. AND, I've been on a hunt for yogurt a la Pinkberry! Where is said Berry Lime (I've read it might fit the bill for the fix I'm seeking)?
Hey Om Gal---Berry Lime is on the corner of Arrow Street and Mass Ave. Very delicious and low in calories.
Nice pic

Um. So I'm 23 which I think makes me too old to think these guys look super hot in their prepsterness!
Love the look of the guy in the front on the left. (My left.) The undone tie, the perfectly distressed jeans...and the facial expression. Love it. Get that man a modeling gig! :)
Also, Yo! Berry at the Allston Super 88 is totally my jam for Pinkberry style yogurt (at Chinatown prices).
i'm just waiting for red mango to arrive!
are they really harvard boys? gosh i love those rolled pants!!! and striped ties!
I agree. I am attending an academic conference in August and I might do that. I also have red converse. I might do rolled up black pants, with red converse, white shirt, and red tie.
What do you think?
Hi Anon---I think it would depend on the kind of conference you're attending. I've attended my share of academic conferences-PAA, AERA, SRCD---and find that unless one is presenting, dress doesn't have to be overly formal. How about a rolled up black pair of pants (or khakis), a striped shirt, the red converse and no tie. Or if you do a tie do something in the red family as not to match it to the speakers thus giving the appearance that you're not really trying. How was that?
I absolutely love this picture
yep the rolled up pants do strike an impression...
