Confident, cute, nice tattoo ... not stylish or chic, sorry. And it has nothing to do with this fine lady's looks. She is indeed very cute, just not working any particular style.
You're right in not using the term "chic" to describe her, but she is in fact very stylish. And cute to boot. Her style is reminiscent of a greaser with a girlish flair. How can you deny those shoes? She also tastefully throws in a modern "street" style with the sunglasses. She's hard-ass meets housewife, the best of both worlds. I'd be her friend. And take her shopping with me.
