Katrijn at the Boston Ballet

Meet Katrijn (Katherine in Flemish). She works for Nirvana Chocolates, which imports Belgian chocolates to the US. Turns out she and I lived less than a quarter of a mile from each other during my short residence in Brussels. Though I don't miss Brussels' awful weather, I do miss the great chocolate and French fries. Apparently Nirvana Chocolates can be found at Whole Foods...as if I need an excuse to eat chocolate.
