Every time I see a hat like that I think, "This is going to be the summer that I have the courage to wear hats all the time."
It never is.
Kudos to those who excel where I do not - in hat wearing.
My friend Joy is a New Orleans native and social dancer (Swing/Tango/Salsa) who now resides in Los Angeles and enjoys wearing hats often. She is keeping her eyes open for a terrific and stylish Mr. Right who just happens to be a real & truly nice guy....
