I wear a lot of my summer dresses with leggings and boots, and a sweater of course. But combat boots! What a great idea! They would be perfect with dresses. I also wear a lot of skirts with fun patterned tights.

I will take your advice to heart and try to be more adventurous.Martinihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01758821058022725653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6654783937143195253.post-66460332107675594932009-01-16T00:26:00.000-05:002009-01-16T00:26:00.000-05:00I've heard you make this comment about it being di...I've heard you make this comment about it being difficult to be chic in the winter, but it seems like it should be the other way around. In the summer, I keep it super limited, light cotton sleeveless tees and shorts, but in the winter I let myself experiment. I layer on my blacks and greys, throw on a cable knit scarf and wool coat and am ready to go. Layered knits are great. Skinny pants work well if you add a legging underneath and a great pair of combat boots are my winter staple right now. I don't understand the people in Boston wearing big puffy coats, and worst of all, North Face fleece. There are a lot of easy ways to stay warm.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6654783937143195253.post-86547233458463049522009-01-15T20:22:00.000-05:002009-01-15T20:22:00.000-05:00I just got my Eddie Bauer black down duffle coat t...I just got my Eddie Bauer black down duffle coat that comes down to mid-calf in the mail today. It looks like a giant sleeping bag, but I don't care! Teeheehee!
At least I have a collection of great scarves to go with.rysseehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14891942132758765112noreply@blogger.com
