When I approached Francesca about her hat, she laughed. Apparently when her friends had picked her up that morning for SOWA, she was sitting on her stoop. Her friend started laughing hilariously upon sighting the large hat. One friend wanted to threatened to a picture then and there. Fast forward a few hours that day, I ask to take a picture of her.
